This choice gets your property listing on the Rhode Island Statewide MLS until it sells. Your property will also be listed on Realtor.com as long as the property is for sale.  Third party sites are subject to change. *Please view agreements.

Double Exposure $495:  

Most Rhode Island Seller's go for this option as it gives extreme exposure - covering all marketing bases. Your property will be listed on two (2) MLS services. Your property will be listed on the Rhode Island Statewide MLS as well as MLSPIN, which is New England's largest Multiple Listing Service. With this double exposure option your listing will also be listed on Boston.com, Realtor.com and thousands of real estate related sites including all the major search engines like Yahoo, MSN, AOL etc... Your property will be on every real estate related site on the Internet. MLSPIN has more partnerships than any other MLS system. Third party sites are subject to change. *Please view agreements.
